Level 28 months

Food & Beverage team member

The Food and Beverage Team Member apprenticeship gives you everything you need to thrive in the fast-paced world of hospitality. You'll gain hands-on experience serving food and drinks, delivering brilliant customer service, handling bookings and payments, and working confidently as part of a team. Along the way, you'll develop key skills in upselling, guest interaction, food safety, health and safety, and the financial side of hospitality. It's a great route into supervisor roles.

Hospitality Supervisor
Level 38 months

Hospitality Supervisor

A Hospitality Supervisor apprentice will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead teams and support daily operations across a range of hospitality settings. The course covers core modules in people, business, and leadership, with a focus on team management, customer service excellence, and business performance. Apprentices will also explore specialist areas such as bar operations and food service, building a well-rounded skill set for the industry. These are key stepping stones toward a future career as a hospitality manager.

Hospitality Manager

Learn how to lead teams and deliver excellent customer service in bars and restaurants. Alongside core modules that build essential hospitality skills, you'll specialise in food and beverage to tailor your learning to the industry.
